Having this problem since I've gotten the laptop. If I have too many things going on, first thing that happens is that any sound I have gets distorted.. like it slows down because it can't process it? Then, the next thing that happens is my firewall starts to have problems, Kerio Personal Firewall (says Cannot connect to service). Next,my internet dies. If I try to press Ctrl+Alt+Del, task manager does not initialize (it says failed to initialize, error code 0x00000017).
I've done a bit of research and there's multiple reasons.. but the main one it seems is problem with memory settings. I've looked at my VM storag settings and whatnot and they look fine. When Task manager is open before internet cuts off, I still have at lseast 50% free for all memory types.
Does anyone know what a possible solution may be? I'm relatively tech savvy, I'd rather not return to Dell to fix it, unless it is a NIC defect.
