Compare the the new i series processors (sandy bridge). They are designed better then the first generation i series processors. They have better power mgmt and will run cooler and have better battery life. Intel has integrated the a graphics processors on the same chip as the i series processor. The 2nd generation also will conserve power by shutting components down when not being used. All they new things intel did should also make the system last longer.'
