Default Chromebook

I'm not sure where to put this under. But here it is. I work for a school and we house over 800 chromebooks. So each problem we get is different for the most part. I have a problem with one it is a Lenovo N21 Chromebook. When I use the left mouse button it types a series of numbers in a text field.

Any ideas why. I have power washed it twice and nothing has changed.

^ Power wash is a term used for resetting to Factory Defaults on Chromebooks

Sounds like some kind of hardware defect to me. Any water spots on it?
