can't update gpu driver!

I have a toshiba tecra m9 with a Nvidia quadro nvs 130m and when I try to update the driver in windows update or by downloading it from the nvidia website and then restarting my laptop, It just freezes on the welcome screen or after some time on the desktop and then it reboots and does the same thing again and again!
So, I opened it in safe mode and used system restore which fixed everything. I tried to download the driver a few times before but it had the same results.

I want to update my driver, help please!
