is this good laptop?

Sony Vaio VGN-CR31Z/R

screen: 14.1" 1280x800
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T8300 2,40GHz
RAM: 2x1024Mb DDR2
HDD: 250Gb SATA
GPU: Ati Mobility Radeon X2300

it has good CPU and it's small (14.1") whish suites me... what do you think about the GPU?

I would stay away from sony in my personal opinion. They tend to be overpriced and not the best for computers, since they specialize elsewhere.

you could try your luck on some newegg refurbished laptops. they have really good laptops at dirt cheap prices, so if you're willing to take a chance take a look. and i'm sure you can rma it if it doesn't work properly.
