buying a new laptop

looking at buying a new laptop here soon, and i have 1 particular one in mind, and i wanted to know what you guys think or if you had any other suggestions for laptops. It will mostly be used for web browsing, some games, facebook, school etc and some light travel. My budget is around 600$ so let me know what you guys think! Lastly is it considered an ultra book? Any input is appreciated. thanks guys

The GPU is slightly better than the Intel 4000 graphics on the Lenovo. Has less RAM, but you can add more yourself if/when needed.
