Default buying a new laptop

looking at buying a new laptop here soon, and i have 1 particular one in mind, and i wanted to know what you guys think or if you had any other suggestions for laptops. It will mostly be used for web browsing, some games, facebook, school etc and some light travel. My budget is around 600$ so let me know what you guys think! Lastly is it considered an ultra book? Any input is appreciated. thanks guys

The 'HP Pavilion dm1z' might suit your budget.

This actually is better: Amazon.com: Lenovo G570 43349LU 15.6-Inch Laptop (Black Textured): Computers & Accessories

But, it all depends on what you do with it.

We frown upon HP, so we do not recommend it here.

Oh, sorry, wrong link. I gtg right now, so I'll edit this later.

Edit:

I would recommend this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834215417

The GPU is slightly better than the Intel 4000 graphics on the Lenovo. Has less RAM, but you can add more yourself if/when needed.

Not to mention that Ideapads aren't the best. If you're going Lenovo, shell out for a Thinkpad :P

You share your budget,so it's clear to suggest you can buy "HP Pavilion G6 Series G6-2005AX" or go to this site
