Hello,

You need to boot into the disc. Change your BIOS settings so that your optical drive (CD-ROM / CD-RW / DVD-RW Drive) is set as the 1st boot device.

To gain access to your BIOS settings, you need to press the appropriate key the instance after your power on your PC. The key to access the BIOS settings should be displayed on the Dell splash screen upon turning your laptop on.

After ensuring that your optical drive is set as the 1st boot device, insert the disc into the drive when you turn on your system. It should boot into Fedora 7 automatically, or prompt you to hit a key to boot into Fedora 7.
