Smile Bios reset Toshibe c50d

Hi i need help with a bios reset on a Toshiba Laptop ...PSCN4E-00X00QEN or C50D-B-120. I trying to find jumber pins.. Pic attached memory area of board...any help would be great thanks

You'll need to find the CMOS battery on the board; usually hidden somewhere under the plastic shell (or worse, on the keyboard side of the board so you'd have to tear the entire laptop apart). Even then, a lot of CMOS batteries are soldered to the motherboard nowadays, so you'd have to contend with that as well.

Cheers carnageX yes where the bios battery should be there is a blank outline so i can assume the cmos battery is soldered to motherboard does that mean im in trouble the motherboard is a zkwae LA-B302P rev.1.0....

That's the problem with Toshiba models. unfortunately, you need a soldering iron to replace battery.
