Best Laptop for under $500

I'm a gamer, but already have a gaming PC. However I travel a lot, so I wanted something affordable but with a tiny bit of power.

I don't need it to play intense games like Crysis, but I need it to play less intense games like Team Fortress 2, Age of Empires, Counter Strike and browser games like Kancolle.

I also don't want lag while browsing the internet like the laptop I have does. I am willing to buy refurbished. Please help guys I'm not that good with tech.
