Audio Cards

My laptop (unfortunately) has a conexant sound card, which can't stream audio (the "stereo mix" option isn't there). I was wondering if I bought a sound card, would the "stereo mix" option become available to me? Or is there another option?

You can't buy a sound card for your laptop. It's not replaceable. What you could do is buy an external sound card.
