Default Any way to get better fps?

Hello I have a gateway m-1626 that i bought new in may. I play world of warcraft and was getting an average of 20 fps. Now with the new expansion I only get about 5-8 fps, at most. I have 4 gigs of ram. Is there anything I can do to up my fps? I know that most laptops cant just replace the graphics card. Any idea's would be greatly appreciated.

You could try updating your drivers, may help a little, though with laptops it seems they rarely come out with new graphics drivers.

Try running a defragment of your drive, checking for viruses, close unnecessary stuff that's opened, check that your lappy is mostly charged
