Default any good for its price?

ok here is the laptop im looking at getting dotn bach it because of the paint job, because i love it. http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...0099987&catid= i may even get it cheaper from my old boss, anyway i like the look and it doesnt seem to be over priced because of the paint. if there are any other sugestions for this price range il take them but i want it to be a 14 inch, nbo bigger not even 15, i want 14.

Doesnt look to bad, although i'm guessing they're charging quite the high dollar for the paint just going by the specs on it. How much can you get it from your old boss?

1.8GHz CPU and 3GB of DDR2 RAM. Not that bad. But i do agree. That is a bit high. Must be cause of the customization.

hmm well is there anything smililarly speced for the same price, i am also looking at something like this

nvidia 8600m gs 256mb
2x 1024mb ddr2 667
250gb sata
15 inch screen
finger print scaner
wireless, web cam and 3 year lg warranty alltho its 1499, i may be able to get it cheaper, the guy always sells me stuff close to hsi cost, my father and him are very good friends.
