Advice on what to buy

Hi there,

I'm looking to buy a laptop which does the basic stuff, basically all im going to be doing on it is watching films/editing videos so obviously i need nothing fancy at all. Can anyone tell me what they recommend buying, my price range is low as i just want a basic laptop.

If you don't want to game, then there are sub $400 laptops on Newegg.com and other similar websites with Dual Core processors, 3gb ram, 250+gb hard drive, and 14-17 in screen which should be perfect for you.
