Hey guys had an laptop come in that won't post
Acer Aspire 7745
i3 2.2 Processor
4GB RAM
Windows 7 Home Prem
When you turn it on the Acer splash screen appears and it comes up and says hit F2 for bios. but then it locks, sometimes it will beep a min later and then say waiting. So far that is the farthest i can get. I tried pulling the HDD to boot from a CD but nothing, and then i tried pulling the RAM, if I pull it all the computer does not start at all. I even tried putting in the sticks one at a time with no luck.
Any ideas will be helpful
OK got into setup just takes extremely long time. Once into set up everything seems normal and the computer functions normally. Still cant get it to boot to a diagnostics disc. Side note, the laptop seems abnormally warm for it doing nothing.
