Currently, I'm using an Acer aspire 5742, It's been ok for a while, but I'm looking for a better laptop.

Intel Core i3-370M
15.6" HD LED LCD
Intel HD Graphics
4GB DDR3 Memory
750 GB HDD
DVD-Super Multi DL Drive
&-cell Li-ion battery
It's been, good and it's lasted a good long while, but it's not really powerful enough. I've been running more intensive programs, games etc., and it's been struggling on the lowest settings. I looked up a few things and 4GB ram seems like it should be enough, and I'm beginning to think it's to do with the graphics card. But, changing the graphics card of a laptop isn't exactly easy. So I was thinking of looking around for a straight up new laptop.
Any ideas?
