Acer Aspire 4820 HELP!

So, ive been getting a problem with this laptop, its about 3-4 weeks old, i think, mybe a little bit more.

I was playing W.o.W, and all of a sudden, it crashed, and locked my laptop up, i was like, running up aginst a blue wall, or something on wow, and it just froze, if that made any sense.

Does anyone know what is causeing this?

Im running intel I3-380m @ 2.5GHZ
4gb ddr3 ram,
250gb HDD

Its only just started doing it, i have gotten W.O.W to move my char because i wasnt able to get on it, but now i can, my temps seem to be going all over the place as well, even when i have hardly anything up.

Screenshot of my temp's, as u can see i have hardly anything up, its gone to about 60 now!
