i have just gotten this notebook and it seems to be crashing all the time, and its NEW, could anyone help me fix this problem, the notebook seems to crash some of my programs, and i dont know why, i allso would like to play WOW on here, would i need to stick another 2gb ram in?

What programs does it crash on? How does it crash; BSOD? What are your temperatures? Show us a screenshot of HWMonitor.

IIRC, WOW plays fine at 2GB RAM.
 
Well, that graphic card is integrated, so when in use, it steals your RAM. So when you play WoW, you are no longer playing with full 2GB.

4GB might help you, but it might be still slow due to your low graphics card.
