yup, 160... benching 225, powercleaning 225, squatting 365 (its been a while so i'll say 325.. lol).. 40 in 4.2

Not bad.

Most i hit on the benchpress was a bit over 300 with free weights (three 45's on each side + olympic bar). never fond of squating or power cleaning.

And thats was when i was 16, at around 215 pounds.
