Default 2go laptops

My school has some 2go laptops for the younger grades. The teachers love them but I have been seeing a reoccuring problem. For some reason the harddrives will suddenly die or the operating system will become inexcessable and I will have to reimage it. I have never seen so many harddrive have problems. These children just go to a few learning websites and the laptops are never moved. Anyone heard of this issue? Could it be something on the mother board that is harming the harddrives? The drives are supposted to be rebust and not be damaged from falls and use from kids. Are we unlucky. The principle just ordered 13 more. These are the newer ones with win7. hopefully we wont have as many problems.

I never experienced that. Could be that you just got a bad lot. I don't know for any laptop motherboard to kill the drive.
