Z680 Vs Z640

Is it really worth it for the 430 extra watts....i'm seriously considering it.
Z-680 - 265$ - 500 watts

i wouldnt buy anything, and just hook up your stereo system to the pc... unless u realy need surround sound.

I have a nice set of 5.1 Speakers for gaming and music on my pc. The rule!!! so nice, if you have the money then go for the first but if not, the second is still good.

I've heard nothing but rave reviews for the Z680's, but unless you have that kind of money, then its not really worth it

I have the Z-640's and they aren't the best. It has a very poor Noise to Sound ratio, which means the higher the volume is the quality of the audio gets worse. They aren't that bad if you don't want to cause a level 10 earthquake nextdoor, they are also very easy to set up. As for the other set I have no clue how they are but more wattage= better sound.
