heh you would expect it since there are barely any 64 bit programs anyway

2009? It should be in the next year or two. I read an article from a Microsoft spokesman that said it should be out with in a year or so.

my god. How long till Intel comes out with 64-bit processors? I think they very well may be related. I cant imagine that AMD would be making these cpu's unless they had good reason to believe they would be supported, I suppose it is nice to say that they are the only ones etc. but I'm sure they would need good reason, while Intel can sit on its haunches and not worry bout it for awhile cause all of us with 64's cant do anything with em.

750 thats a nice number Megadeth, I think the 64-bit architecture does improve performance somewhat anyway despite not having a 64-bit OS.
