Default X850XTPE overheating

Hello people, im new here.

Anyway ive got a new x850XT pe, now while gaming this reaches temperatures of 89 degrees C !!! Is this normal if so then fine, but it seems a bit hot too me, i have noticed the fans speed doesnt seem to increase as it gets hotter, does anybody know how i can increase the fan speed, ive just downloaded ATI tool 0.24b1, can i do it with this? if so how?

I assume youre talking about the graphics card shown here:

i suggest this remedy:
AMD 64 3400+ s939 / ASUS A8V Deluxe (K8T800Pro) / Kingston Dual Channel DDR 400 (2 x 256) Corsair Value DDR 400 (2 x 512) / ATI Radeaon 9600XT / Seagate 120 GB/
