id say 6800, cuz it has PSM 3.0. The X800 Pro is generally regarded as one of the worst cards for its price in a long time

-AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Winchestor
-MSI K8N Neo4-F
-Sapphire Radeon X850 XT
-2x 1024 Corsair XMS Pro

x800 Pro has more memory than the 6800 by 128mb. The 6800 has the advantage in PSM 3.0 and some other future proof stuff.

Honestly, the best deal would be a 6800 GT, but if you are confined to those cards, the 6800 would probably be the better choice.

I have an X800 Pro and it performs about on par with the 6600 GT, maybe a little worse. The 6800 is usually about 10% better than the X800 Pro. I repent daily for purchasing my X800 Pro, for it was a complete waste of money.
