Wrong Clock speeds!?!

I have a athlon xp 3200+ processor in my new a-bit nf7-s2g mobo, when i check my system specs it tells me its running at 1.1ghz, its supposed to be a 2.2, how do i turn up the speed? Also i have pc3200 ram and when i turn the fsb up to 200, i get a blue screen after the windows xp loading screen telling me it is dumping memory and some other junk. how to fix?

Your going to need to go in your Bios, for some reason your system is underclocking your cpu. Alot of people have this problem. Do you understand what im saying?
