Writing Tablet

I want to get A writing tablet for my little brother.
You know one of those things where a stylus acts as a mouse.

Where I could find one of these things and how much do they go for?

The best ones are by Wacom. I have an Intuos3, which is geared towards graphic designers and such...there is a step down which is Graphire.

I bought mine brand new on ebay for a pretty good price.
