Would it work 100%

Ok i have an old dell demension 2350 from 2001 that had a p4 2.0ghz with a 333fsb with 512mb of pc2100 ram 1 stick with onbaord graphics. Dell like always took the agp slot off and i was wondering would a 512mb stick of pc3200 work 100% and would a p4 2.4ghz 533fsb work 100% as well or would it be underclocked?

the ram would beb underclocked for sure, and the cpu should work, but i wouldnt put money in that dell.

still it mit mess up that dell but your free to try that cpu. that ram will just underclock so there is really no point add it, plus you have to fin out if that mobo can handle all this.

Both the ram and the CPU would work, but not 100%. THey would both be underclocked.
