No way, dude. Paying $100 for 128mb of RAM is crazy! This is a laptop, and a non-cutting-edge laptop at that! I'd be pressed to spend $100 on a stick of DDR 3200!

Since you're just running 98 and Word, 64 MB should be fine. I don't see any performance problems here! For such a cheap latop, I personally wouldn't bother with any upgrades, since they're bound to be pretty expensive in comparison, like souping up an old car.
