I need some someone to verify a few things for me. In DDR1 RAM the chips can read one whole page of information but DDR2 can read two at the same time and etcetera? Second, what is the difference in the speeds of RAM? Could someone give me an example to show what the difference in two different speeds is like? and how exactly do they work?

The main difference between DDR and DDR-II is the data buffer frequency. More information here:
