wondering if someone can help me?

i got windows XP , a newer Dell model. I have some screensavers like aquarium and Jungle, and such. And i cannot get them to work no more, they used to work fine. But now when i go to select them they just show a black screen, and it says Cannot find any compatible direct 3d devices. But they worked before, and i made no changes to the computer.....anyone know what the problem is?

try reinstalling your video card

Take the card out and read all the info on the card.There isnt many cards i cant find a number on.Write down everything you can from the card and go to driversguide.com and find them.
