hey does anyone kno a good wireless router? is this one good?

also i kno that u need a adapter to make the router connect to the computer but wuts with the PCI, USB, PC Card and all that? can any1 pick out a good adapter for me to match the router at the top.

any one of the ones listed on the link you gave above would work fine except the Type II PCM-CIA slot one as that is for a laptop
