hey guys im new here and i need some help. i think this is the right forum to post this on, if not let me know.
i want to build a wireless link between a cd deck and a mixer but the link would be basically the same as that between a cd player and headphones except it would be 2 channel. ive been told that bluetooth would not have sufficient data tranfer rates to do this without loss of quality so i think my best bet would be using a wifi connection.
im thinkin that i would need a microcontroller at each sender and reciver, then obviously the transmitting hardware but what else would i need for this? could i use one of the common 802.11 protocols? what will be the main stumbling points in a project like this? am i maybe better using a FM sender and reciever rather than wi-fi?
any help much appreciated
