WINSXS REMOVE HELP

i have recently downgraded from Vista to XP and now i have 2 windows folders in C, Windows1 and Windows.
In Windows1 folder is presumably my XP and in Windows folder is my old Vista files which i dont use and which takes 8GB of my disk space.
Can anybody tell me how to remove old Windows folder or at least remove WINXSX folder which has 7GB.

Welcome to TF.

You should have done a clean install of XP. Wipe the drive clean and install XP.
