I used to have a program on my old computer that i downloaded that changed the look of windows xp, the startup screen and all the taskbars. the ones that ive found on google all come with some sort of attachment thats pure evil. what's a good program thats totally free and free of attachments? i thought it was somethin like win(somthin)

Check out wincustomize.com. They have some free programs too change your boot and logon screens. Some of their other things cost some money.
Another free program that changes the windows look is litestep. Its a shell that you can modify with the skin you like. I havent used it before so im not sure how well it works.
