Hi, I recently bought a new mouse and when I use it under my current OS Windows 98, a black full screen comes up telling me
'Windows protection error....You need to restart your computer'
I've also tried this with an ACER mouse and same thing happens
General specs about my computer:
Processor: pIII 667Mhz
SDRAM: 192mb on 2 Dimms
Graphics and sound: TNT2 intergrated 16mb Max, integrated sound
Motherboard: Asus, I dont know what model
Plug and Play supported
Mouse model: A4 Tech, OK-720
I'd like to know what this error msg means and how i can fix this problem.
