Default will this processor work??

will an Intel Pentium 4/ 2.4C GHz 800MHz FSB, 512K Cache, Hyper Threading Technology work with a motherboard with FSB:400/533MHz? i want to know what would happen if i use those two products, if it will work f it won't work. my concern is that the FSB is different. here are the links to the products- Motherboard processor

Ya it'll work (like GameGuru said), but it's not letting the CPU run at it's fullest potential. If you're buying the stuff brand new, then consider getting a motherboard that supports a FSB of 800 MHz.
