Will this hardware setup work?

Hi,
I am about to build my own computer, and I am wondering if this setup with work. I already have the harddrive and multimedia devices (cd-rom drive, etc.). The main thing I would like to know is whether the motherboard and heatsink will fit into the case. Thank you.

Yeah, even though im just 99% sure of the heatsink. But the motherboard and case will defiantly work.

$60 for a 2.93 celeron and motherboard? I am going to buy a few and build pc's. One can make alot on that deal!!!

Everything here will work and fit just fine...I'm not sure about the actual stability of that heatsink/fan combo, but for the price it looks pretty good.
