Default Will this computer handle Window 7

CPU: 3.8 P4
PSU: Antec 650 watt
Ram: 2 GB
MB: Giga-byte Daenxp 925 xe
Video card: PCI E ATI 700 pro (What newer card could I use for Win7)
Soundcard: SB Audigy zs

200.00 or less just newer low end card for win 7 if possible if not I'll just keep it as is.

The card you have will do fine, but if you want better, then this might help .

if you want to do some mid end gaming, nothing extreme.
