Arrow Why Are the nForce 4 Chipsets Preferred Over the VIA Ones?

I have a person asking me why the nForce 4 chipset is vastly preferred over the VIA ones. I realized I didn't have an answer! Can anyone help me understand the differences between the two, i.e., what they offer, what they lack, why is the nForce 4 superior? Thanks.

The nForce4 handles overclocking and buses better, in general.
This is a nice read on the topic.

I dont know if this is correct, but it would be like comparing two different companies. Intel or Amd.... Nvidia or Via. They are different companies that make different chips, and just like Amd and Intel they make chips that perform differently than each other.
