Default Why does Mushkin RAM have only 3 Cas Latency numbers?

I've heard nothing but good things about Mushkin, and although I am not a RAM expert this seems like a bad thing.

Anyone explain please?

I mean it's not 3-2-3-6, it's just, for example, 2-2-2, or 2.5-4-4.
There's no 4th number.

alot just put 1 number the CAS latency number perhaps it is acceptable because it has the most effect on performance... and so perhaps the 3 numbers they put are exponentially more important than the last number making the last number effectively irrelevant? just my opinion.
