Whats so good about the DFI mobo?

What is so great about this if its not nf4 ULTRA like this one is:

Also if DFI is better for OC people will it really be better for me if this is my first build and i dont really plan on OCing?

DFI is stable and has a lot of options in the BIOS, especially for tweaking voltage, memory, ratios, and other really important overclocking essentials.

Those aren't needed for someone not overclocking, but it's a good board anyways and I'd recommend it to anyone.
