Whats the best chipset and Dual Mobo?

I shopping for a new mobo, and i was wondering whats a good chipset? I know via's KT is awesome and coo, Nvidia ****ed up with some calculations, I dont know about ali, or sis, so anyhoo some one please tell me whats a good mobo, i can get for under 300 buks, and also if it doesnt hurt whats a good dual CPU mobo?

Well, dual cpus are expensive. If your going to get one, then get a good one. That will result in a expensive one.
