Default What'd'ya guys think 'bout this->

I've been thinking about upgrading my proc, RAM, and mobo (as the first step in upgrading my whole PC). I'm looking along the lines of the following hardware. Anyone have any comments/notes about what I've picked?

(NEW MOBO) Gigabyte 7N400 Pro II nVIDIA nForce2 Socket A ATX Motherboard / AGP 8X / Audio / Gigabit LAN / USB 2.0 / Serial ATA / RAID

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...=G451-2015%202

(NEW PROC) AMD Athlon XP 3200+ / 512KB Cache / 400MHz FSB / Socket A / Barton Core / Processor

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...=CP2-XP32004BC

(NEW RAM) Ultra Dual Channel 1024MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz Memory ( 2 x 512MB)

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...0&sku=U10-5903

I'm also thinking about a new case, just because my current one is way too crowded and I know this new stuff is gonna make a LOT of heat!

My current specs are:
AMD 1.4GHz
Gigabyte GA-7VAXP rev1.2
512mb DDR PC2100 (2x256)
PNY Geforce-3 64mb
Creative SB Live Platinum Pro (w/LiveDrive)
Maxtor 7200 120GB HD ATA133
Seagate 7200 80GB HD ATA133
LITE-ON LTR-24102B 24xCDRW
Pioneer DVD-ROM DVD-106

My sound card I don't really care about, so I have no plans to upgrade it. Since I mostly use just 2 speakers or headphones, I don't really care much about the 'full THX surround experience' that new (expensive) cards boast. So I'm not changing that.

My graphics card I'll replace sometime later. First, I need to get my system up to spec before I can think about buying the latest-greatest GPU.

Also, my two HDD are fine, so I don't need to buy new one's either.

SOo... That's what I'm look'n at. What'ya guys think?

I've never heard of the "Ultra" RAM. What about this awesome Corsair XMS stuff:

It's 20 bucks cheaper.

"bump" is when someone doesn't get a reply so they put "bump" in to re-ask the previous question, without re-typing the whole thing again.
