Done that, I may try redownloading the steam files. Anyone ever have problems with Steam game install files?

I've updated to 10.3, from 9.12 (Seems to be one of the best available)? Nothing has helped yet, but the problem seems to be slowly fixing itself. I can play now, with around 28 averaging on 1280x720. Before, I had difficult times getting up to 28...

In the sig. Tackles everything decently with no lag. Monitor res = 2048x1152 so im seriously surprised this 4890 can handle it.
