You do need a new PC. My friend's Dell has a worse GFX Card (Geforce 4000 64MB), but has a 2.6 Ghz Pentium 4. I actally gave him my old optical mouse, the POS didnt work because it's PS2, and i prefer USB mice.

People change their sigs quite often *cough* *cough*. Many use userbars, not much of help when it comes to telling people what your specs are.
