Question What is your opinion?

Hey everyone, Im new here so first i'll introduce myself. Name is Ted, and im 17, from Jersey. Alright, now my question. I have $140 to spend and I wanna get the best video card i can for that $140, so my question to ya'll is, What is the best video card I can get in the price range up to a max of $140? Right now i have a GeForce 4 MMX and im sure anything newer is gonna be alot better. I was going to get the ATI Radeon 9800 Pro, but thats an extra $100 on TigerDirect.com so I cant do it. Anywayz, thanx for your help. bye
