OK, firstly, the Ultra DOES have plugs, BUT, then wires are thing, and WILL INCREASE AIRFLOW, plus it takes some of the mess in the many computers of today.
As to the noise issue, search "ultra x-connect review" and that will tell you about the noise...

Does anyone else have any suggestions. I am thinking about buying a 550w antec psu. Should I go higher. I have a lot in my pc and right now the 400w antec doesnt have enough juice duuring game play.

Suggestions please. I am not intrested in the ultra x-connect.
