3200+ XP Barton running @ 38/40 Degrees C, (100.4/104 Degrees F) at idle, 46/48 Degrees C, (114.8/118.4 Degrees F) under load. It’s clocked a bit, and I have upped the CPU core voltage to 1.80v, so this is probably warmer than it could be.

Conversion to ºC: (5/9*ºF) - 32

As for me, my 2000+ stays at 35-36 idle and 39-42 load, using a cheap $8 fan, and it only gets up to 46 load when running at 2.28 (1.85v).

In Windows, use your motherboard's monitoring software or Motherboard Monitor.
