Unhappy What is Quawk Speed???

What is the quawk speed for a motherboard and how do you firure it???
I was talking with a techie friend of mine and he brought up sumthin bout a quawk speed for a mother board i wanted to buy, he tried to explain it to me but iwhat he said didn't make any sence. Has anyone heard of this before???

idk it sounded like he said quwak speed but he might have said clock speed
