yeah go the TPII for the dual rails purpose but I think OCZ make a better quality supply. I have an Antec NeoPower and its been great for the week or so i've had it.

They look like the exact same thing but i'd say this one:

It would run quiter than the other having a single large fan as opposed to two smaller ones which are expected to run louder anyway.
